The History of Wars in the World

Wars are terrible things that have been happening for centuries. They are the bloodiest and most violent events in history. Wars can be traced back to 6000 BC when the Sumerian King Gilgamesh fought with his mortal enemy, King Humbaba. Records of wars dating back to when people began writing and as people gained knowledge, they became more advanced and developed better weapons. One of the earliest weapons was bows and arrows, which were used as long ago as 6000 BC by Assyrian soldiers.
